Dan is a Minneapolis & St. Paul commercial real estate broker providing advisory and transaction services to tenants, buyers and sellers of Twin Cities commercial real estate.

Dan has a proven track record of consulting and advisory projects to
office space tenants and commercial real estate investors throughout the Twin Cities metro. Dan is a CCIM and continually involved in
commercial real estate education through MNCAR, CCIM, and USGBC.

Throughout his career, Dan has excelled in advisory, marketing, and project
management roles, and brokered transactions with Coldwell Banker Commercial and Colliers prior to starting Redbrick Commercial. Dan has served many non profits including as
board member for the Youth Intervention Programs Association of Minnesota (YIPA), and as a volunteer with the Arden Hills Economic Development Commission and AmeriCorps Vista program.
