A native of North Carolina, Dan has been in love with the romance, scope, and energy of New York City for as long as he can remember. A Phi-Beta Kappa graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dan came to New York immediately after college. His love of the city drew him into real estate with a passion.
