About Dan
I’ve been a licensed REALTOR® for over a decade, with more than 175 properties sold and a practice grounded in trust, advocacy, and results. Based in Palm Springs and a proud member of the California Desert Association of REALTORS®, I work with clients throughout the Coachella Valley—representing buyers and sellers with a focus on service, strategy, and lasting relationships.
My journey into real estate began early—I was originally licensed at 18. But like many, I stepped away for a time to explore other paths and perspectives. That search led me to a life at sea, working aboard cruise ships, where I developed a love for travel, a respect for service, and a deep appreciation for what “home” really means. Eventually, I returned to real estate—this time with purpose, perspective, and a clear commitment to helping others find their place in the world.
I’ve lived in Korea, Germany, England, Mexico, Washington State, South Dakota, and New Mexico. That global and domestic experience, combined with my work alongside military families both overseas and here at home, continues to shape how I serve my clients today. I hold the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification and take pride in offering tailored guidance to those navigating complex transitions.
My clients range from first-time buyers and second-home seekers to military families, investors, and longtime homeowners preparing to sell. I understand that each move carries its own set of priorities—and I’m here to help ensure the process is both successful and grounded in your best interests.
Outside of real estate, I serve as the National Secretary of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, advocating for inclusive practices and fair housing across our profession. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live in a home and community where they feel safe, welcome, and respected.
Personally, I’ve been married for 22 years to my incredible husband, a now-retired Department of Defense employee. We’ve built a life centered on travel, community, and a bit of joyful chaos—thanks to our dog, Baja (a foster fail who quickly became family), and our two cats, Cocoa and Chai. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me in the garden or planning our next trip.
Now partnered with Equity Union, I’m proud to align with a brokerage that reflects the same values I bring to my work: integrity, mentorship, and exceptional service. Whether you're buying your first home, purchasing a vacation property, relocating, or preparing to sell, I’m here to make sure the experience feels thoughtful, supported, and built entirely around your goals.
