Hi, I'm Dan Hawkes! I obtained my real estate license in 2007 after a 12-year career as a direct outside sales representative for Midwest Wireless. However, my real estate and business experience actually started 20 years prior to that as an owner and operator of my farming operation in Madelia, MN. With this history I have several years of experience in working with all size businesses, and with lenders. I have the experience needed in negotiat ing, purchasing and sales, which I believe puts me in a unique position to assist you in buying or selling your current property. I also own and actively manage several investment & rental properties throughout southern MN.
