Dan Kelly

Dan Kelly has been a licensed real estate broker in California for 23 years specializing in mortgage financing and real estate sales. In addition, he has been certified as a Level I Trustee, and he currently holds a nationwide mortgage license. Mr. Kelly’s career in real estate financing began over 30 years ago.
Silver Lining Realty was started in 2007 by Mr. Kelly and his wife, Laurie Kelly. The two designed a program to assist seniors in transitioning from their homes to assisted living facilities. This unique offering was designed to cover the financial gap for individuals with home equity, but with little cash to cover the deposits and move-in costs for the transition to an assisted living facility.
