First, let me start off by saying this team did a great job. I was looking online for a realtor that I thought would meet my needs. That’s when I came across Tabitha Heit! I reached out to her and she immediately started to talk to me about what I was looking for and what I needed. Within that process, she introduced me to Daniel Okiro. He is also a realtor at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Fox & Roach. Throughout this process, he made me feel very comfortable and reached out to me with any concerns that I might have. He made sure that everything went as smooth as it possibly could. He wanted to make sure that I got the right home for my family. I really appreciate this entire team.

Dan Okiro was amazing helping my me and my partner apply for and complete all required paperwork and lease for a beautiful 3 bedroom + finished basement South Philly row house. While working with Dan, it was common for him to work late hours, he was available via text or call at most any time of day (and night), and the work he did for us was prompt and effective. He was fun to work with as well; very pleasant and a good sense of humor. Would definitely would with Dan again for future rentals or a home purchase.
