Originally from Indiana, he grew up on the golf course playing with his brother and dad. A sport that taught him discipline, patience, precision, and work ethic, but most importantly it gave him the opportunity to connect with people. His background on the Board of Options as a trader in Chicago also taught him about timing and grasping the whole economy and real estate market. It also taught him the timing of the market and when to buy and when to sell. Sometimes it is strategy, sometimes it is gut feeling and luck, but the majority of the time it is education and research.
