From curb to foundation, Dan Rieder has it all covered when it comes to knowledge of homes and the features that make them shine.
Blending 10 years of residential sales experience with 15 years of owning and operating his own construction and landscaping business, Dan shares his unique insight to help clients make wise real estate investments.
“As a small business owner, I always enjoyed and excelled at working one-on-one with clients on a daily basis,” says Dan, a graduate of Indiana University where he played ice hockey. “Taking a consultative approach to assisting my clients is more important than ever as we address their needs, challenges and opportunities in today’s market.”
That means with his background in home improvements, Dan is able to help his selling clients prepare their homes to make a great impression in a competitive market.
At the same time, Dan is able to help buying clients look for their Dream home, which can sometimes be that proverbial diamond in the rough.
“If a home has good bones, a good location and all systems are reasonably sound, it may be a good move for a buyer to purchase a home and renovate or update,” says Dan. “I enjoy helping buyers envision possibilities as well as provide solid information on improvement costs.”
Having lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for over 25 years, Dan’s real estate and technical skills are complemented by an in-depth knowledge of every community with a focus on Dallas, Richardson, Plano, Garland, Rockwall and Rowlett.
His efforts are enhanced by the strong market presence of Virginia Cook, Realtors, the second largest independent real estate firm in North Texas with 10 offices and 425 agents.
Vast company resources backing Dan’s efforts include an in-house marketing department, Global Relocation Division, state-of-the-art technology platform and onsite mortgage services.
