I have been a Mesa County resident since 2000, and first got my real estate license in Arizona in 1981. I have been a real estate investor and especially enjoy remodeling homes. My specialty is rural properties, whether buying or selling. I am familiar with the unique value of homes on acreage, and bring an experienced perspective to this area of the market, having owned and operated small family farms on acreage since 1992. My wife Lyda and I have been married for 30 years and have 5 children, ages 15 to 29, along with 2 grandchildren.

Dan was extremely helpful guiding us through the purchase of our first home. He is very knowledgeable about the entire process and helped us every step of the way. He connected us with fantastic contractors and accompanied us to all the various meetings we had at the property. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had, even on evenings and weekends. He is extremely professional, friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone looking to purchase as home in Grand Junction and the surrounding areas.
