I have been a Mesa County resident since 2000, and first got my real estate license in Arizona in 1981. I have been a real estate investor and especially enjoy remodeling homes. My specialty is rural properties, whether buying or selling. I am familiar with the unique value of homes on acreage, and bring an experienced perspective to this area of the market, having owned and operated small family farms on acreage since 1992. My wife Lyda and I have been married for 30 years and have 5 children, ages 16 to 31, along with 4 grandchildren.

I could not have found a better person to handle all of my real estate needs than Dan Savoca w Bray Real Estate. Without his knowledge and expertise, I don't know if I would have landed the home that purchased, at the price and location that I needed! Dan did an excellent job selling our house in Fruita. His market analysis was spot-on for a unique property with land that required more than the run-of-the mill analysis. His data was strong, and his recommendations for what to update and repair were correct. In the end, his guidance was super valuable and helped us with getting asking price for our house.
