I have been involved with several real estate buy and sells over the years and can with out a doubt say that I have never had such a professionally, down to earth , reliable, and genuinely thoughtful person like Dan to work with. He had lots of patience with us as we were looking for several years for just the right time to move and Dan not only became our agent but a true friend who loves what he does and always has his clients best interests at heart! Dan was extremely helpful guiding us through the purchase of our first home. He is very knowledgeable about the entire process and helped us every step of the way. Being new to the Grand Junction area, we were hoping to find a knowledgeable, trustworthy real estate agent to help us find the right home. It became apparent by the number of signs in the area that a local broker, BRAY Real Estate, would be the best place to start. We dropped in the office and asked if there was a duty agent we could speak with, which happened to be Dan Savoca.

Dan was able to sit down and discuss our goals, and then start matching the Grand Junction listings with our defined parameters. It took maybe three or four visits over several weeks to narrow our choices down to two houses. There were several concerns we had about both houses, but Dan was able to mitigate these concerns well beyond our expectations! Dan excelled at representing our needs and negotiating on our behalf! We ended up making a competitive offer that was accepted by the seller, and we could not be any happier!

Dan’s local knowledge and years of experience was exactly what we needed to help us through this complex and sometimes emotional process! Dan showed a commitment to us, as a buyer’s representative, throughout. He helped keep the process on track with timely communications between all parties, including seller’s agent, mortgage company, title company and home inspector. Dan also maintained a list of trusted referrals whenever we needed another professional opinion about a specific question.

In the end we were able to close on our new home, on time, even during the busy holiday season! In fact, Dan delivered the keys to our new home on Christmas Day! What an awesome gift this turned out to be!

Dan did a great job selling my vacant lot and, boy, was I a picky seller. I didn't want a double-wide on the land as it would have hurt neighborhood values. Dan worked with an attorney and me to secure a covenant restricting the type of structure allowed on the lot -- not exactly a common thing for a realtor to do. He did it with grace, competence and speed. He called me frequently with updates so that I wasn't left in an echo chamber. He negotiated well with the buyer, representing my preferences for the sale and the land. He got the property sold quickly and for my asking price. I will work with Dan again anytime.

I highly recommend Dan and would use him again. I had a piece of large, raw land in a remote location with bad roads. I thought it was going to be on the market forever and I would eventually have to take a hit on the price. I was wrong. Dan had it closed within 90 days at a great price. He's a hard worker and follows through. He doesn't just sit behind a computer screen, he took a good, hard look at my property -- even though it took him three attempts to get up my bad roads!

We purchased some land in Grand Junction with Dan as our agent. Being out of state, we had a lot of questions and weren't able to do a lot of the typical on-site visits. Dan was great!! He went above and beyond. This was a hard deal for a variety of reasons and Dan stayed steady and helped us all the way through to get the deal closed. Would use him again without question. Can't say any other agent would have gotten this deal done.
