I'm Dan Schriver, your go-to real estate agent with CENTURY 21 Edge here in Central Florida. I grew up in Wisconsin but have called the Orlando area home since 2011—and I genuinely love it here.

Since getting into real estate in 2021, I’ve been lucky enough to help families, first-time buyers, and investors find properties that fit their goals. In 2024 alone, I closed over $2.6 million in real estate and was honored to receive the Angelyn Conklin Agent of the Year Award as well as the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Producer Award, recognizing my commitment to going above and beyond for my customers.

I take pride in the relationships I build—it’s why I’ve earned over 19 five-star reviews across Google, Facebook, and RealSatisfied. Before real estate, I worked for the Orlando Magic and even won their 6th Man of the Year Award back in 2016 (basically their employee of the year).

Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife and daughter—whether we’re traveling or just hanging out as a family.
