Dana Coronado is a Multifamily and Commercial Realtor with Compass Commercial. Dana specializes in multifamily and commercial sales primarily in Northeast Los Angeles. Dana is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) where she majored in Sociology and Public Policy. She began her career in real estate in 2005 as an assistant to a top female commercial broker at Marcus & Millichap. She has also worked at Re/Max Commercial before joining the Keller Williams family in 2009 and now Compass Commercial. Early on, she witnessed the determination, strategy, and skills it takes to be an industry leader. Dana has been a consistent top producer and market specialist for more than 20 years and earned the prestigious CCIM designation at a time when most realtors were leaving the industry. She consistently achieved platinum producer status through KW Commercial, represents a large share of her target market, and has built a successful brand within a formerly overlooked area – a market that is now one of the most sought-after areas in Los Angeles. Because she has been a consistent top agent in Northeast Los Angeles for so long, she has many repeat clients who continue to buy and sell with her and appreciate the level of integrity, enthusiasm, and sincerity that she brings to any transaction. She is a strong negotiator, analytical, and extremely well versed with contracts, deal structuring, and generating top dollar on both turnkey and value add deals. Even with a successful career in commercial real estate, Dana considers her biggest and most important role to be that of mother and wife, her husband, Charlie Coronado is also a successful realtor and specializes in residential sales in Northeast Los Angeles as well. They worked as a team for many years and recently branched out separately in 2018. Charlie now is a Broker-Associate at Compass and heads The Coronado Real Estate Group, a team of over 6 people. Dana and Charlie share a son, Joaquin, who is ten years old, and twins Carlos and Damien, who are 22, and Dana's stepsons. Her greatest challenge (and biggest reward) has been navigating motherhood and career over the past ten years since the birth of Joaquin, while constantly striving to achieve more for herself, her family and her clients every day.

Dana is passionate about mentoring young women and stays active with her sorority, Lambda Theta Nu Sorority, Inc, a Latina sorority that she was the President of while at UCLA. She also enjoys mentoring other young real estate professionals, supporting budding entrepreneurs, and volunteering and supporting charities that help women and children. She is also a supporter of Homeboy Industries, her favorite local organization. Her favorite authors are Marianne Williamson and Isabel Allende.
