Dana is very experienced and knowledgeable with real-estate. He is very responsive to any questions and never missed a step. Went the extra mile during the pandemic to have a video walk through created of my rental property and this was obviously a good idea. We had multiple offers within a week. I also had tenants in the house. Dana did a great job of not disturbing them and keeping them out of the sale process. He sold and bought a few houses for my brother as well and we both highly recommend him.

Dana was great to work with. He understood we needed time to get ready. But, once we were, everything moved quickly! From listing to closing was under 3 weeks and Dana took the stress out of it. Highly recommend hime as an agent and have already sent a referral his way.

Dana Ford at LAER Realty is absolutely great to work with. Dana is extremely knowledgeable with everything to do with the housing market. He looks through pretty much everything on all of the showings that he had done with us. I bought and sold with Dana. He is professional, friendly, responsive, and honest the list goes on and on.
