About Dana
Becoming a Realtor happened on the advice of a friend while Dana was on a plane flying to Italy. She eagerly studied the real estate books, took her real estate principles test online, and passed the state test on her first attempt.
Dana's first broker wasn't really sure what to do with her, so he sent her out into the wilds of Roseville to do an open house. She had four transactions as a result of that open house, and her career has never really slowed down since—except when she ruptured her Achilles tendon a few years back and had to have surgery. Even then, she still showed houses, crutches and all.
Dana has progressively surpassed her previous years' production in both units sold and sales volume. She is not just good at real estate; she is fantastic at it. Her production places her in the Top 5% of agents in the Sacramento, El Dorado, and Placer counties.
