About Dana

I have been a real estate broker since January, 2016.
At the age of 40, I returned to school and received an associate degree in Applied Science, graduating with honors, Summa Cum Laude, and later becoming a licensed real estate broker. I work with both sellers and buyers but have closed commercial properties.
Due to my background in many areas of horticulture and landscaping, with some floral design, my experiences enable me to offer suggestions for curb appeal. I also have an innate love for home design and can offer suggestions on what you may do to improve your home for selling. I enjoy working with all buyers, but the first-time buyer has my heart. I understand this is a major purchase and I want to make it as smooth as possible for the homebuyer when they shop and close on their first home.
Selling a home for the first time can come with its own set of first, helping the seller navigate this is rewarding as well.
My clients tend to like my openness and being down to earth, my ability to listen to what they are looking for, as well as concerns and questions buying or selling. My recent experience with my own parents' estate has given me knowledge and an empathetic ear to those going through the same circumstances.
I am a lifelong resident of Delaware county but am familiar with the surrounding counties as well. As of June 2025, my husband Doug and I will celebrate 40 years of marriage.
