Dana was fantastic and in the best way I can I will share why. From the first phone call about a listing, Dana was professional, polite and conscience of what we were looking for. There was never a time I left her a voice message, because she always answered the phone. Every house and every schedule that needed accommodation she made it happen! Dana absolutely cares about helping and making the process of looking and “buying” a house easy. There may be a lot of options out there for a realtor, but hands down Dana is the best! Good luck Dana and don’t ever change your approach!!

I am so happy I was paired with Dana Posner as my realtor during my home search process. From the moment we connected, Dana made me feel like I was in the best hands. She immediately took interest in what I was looking for when searching for my first home. Before our very first meeting together, she was so accommodating, informative, very organized and truly made me feel supported throughout the entire process. I appreciate how communicative and patient she’s been, as a lot of my search took place while I traveled for work. I could always rely on Dana to have an open line of communication and be flexible to my needs. She has gone above and beyond for me as a client and her passion for this does not go unnoticed! Dana is young but shows extensive knowledge and is very professional. This is at least my 13th real estate transaction either buying or selling in 4 states and she has been the most flexible and accommodating to date. I highly recommend working with her!

I started the home hunting process in April 2021 and was referred to Dana . I delayed searching for a home in the past because the process seemed so intimidating. However , Dana is so helpful and patient . She listens to your wants and needs; searches accordingly . Dana does not pressure you into anything , super laid back, responsive, easy to set up appointments with. Once the offer is a accepted , Dana walked me through the process. She referred me to a team that works together.. everything went seamlessly from offer acceptance to closing. Will definitely recommend Dana !

Dana its just so amazing she really did care about me, it is my first time buying a home and my experience with her was just absolutely amazing, she answered all my questions and help me with the entire process every day every time..
