About Dana
As many things in life happen by accident so did Dana’s real estate career, the story begins 20 years ago with a request for help organizing and systematizing a growing business for her mother. Accepting the challenge, she created a cradle to grave system for processing, for what are termed, REO properties. Homes that have been through the foreclosure process and are then being sold by institutional owners. Through constant market analysis and reporting on every aspect of local real estate involving more than 1000 subject properties Dana has been able to perfect a skill set of accurate pricing, unique marketing, and expedited sales. She has over 1300 closed sales with more than 95 percent accuracy on valuation opinion. Over the course of the next 20 years, it is Dana's intent to use the skills that she has been fortunate enough to learn to help friends, family and those that will become like family make the most informed decisions possible while conducting the purchases and sales of their own real estate.
