Dane has been absolutely unreal to work with.

We were relocating our family from Montana and randomly met him driving by a property. He took the time to help and offer insights even before we were officially working with him.

His market knowledge is incredible he's authentic and I genuinely felt like he was taking every step to do what was in our best interest. He eventually helped us secure a lease in a very competitive area by pulling a deal together that seemed like a lost cause.

It's rare to find someone who's not only exceptional at what they do, but who also operates with this level of trust and integrity. In our case, he had very little to gain by investing so much time, but he did anyway.

What can I say..working with Dane was an absolute pleasure. The moment I indicated that my roommate and I were looking to lease a home he was able to get listings sent to my email that met the exact requirements we were looking for. Needless to say we found “the one” and We LOVE our new place. Initially, there were some repairs we wanted to have done before agreeing to the lease… Dane went to bat for us and all of it was done immediately. Dane has continued to check in on us and be helpful even after his obligation to us was completed.
