I have worked with Daneen and her clients for nearly 10 nears. I have heard nothing but raves from her clients in terms of how they are taken care of. This actually improved further with the addition of Steve Kumala, who, as a former contractor aids buyers in every manner of way, including steering them clear of poor properties to begin with. As one of the premier inspectors in the area, I am also impressed with how well they handle some of the tougher issues that might arise from the inspection process. And, as a thorough inspector, they do not shy away from me. I have only glowing regards for her team and wish them all the best in their new endeavor as a standalone brokerage firm in our area.

We recently just bought our first home with South Dakota Properties. Steve and Daneen have been so amazing throughout the whole process! Steve walked us through every step, and kept us informed. Both of them were available for questions, or viewings, at any time. If they were unable to show a house, they made sure someone was always available to help us. Our experience working with Daneen has been top notch. The transaction fell through but that was not her fault. The business we were looking to buy just didn't have the income to support itself and several repairs were needed to the property that the sellers and I just could not agree on. Daneen was awesome getting our earnest money back as the sellers wanted to keep it.
