Danette, is a passionate real estate agent helping clients through the process of buying, selling, rehabbing and/or building a new home in the Dayton, area! In addition to bringing 3 years of real estate experience to the table, Danette is a former Salon owner and restaurant manager, which has helped her develop a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to the needs of her clients! Her passion for real estate began with her experience growing-up rehabbing homes with her family and has since helped her to envision the possibilities for properties that others may not see. Additionally, having relocated 3 times herself and having gone through the process of purchasing a newly constructed home, she knows what an out-of-town buyer will be looking for and can guide clients through the process of building a new home. Her clients appreciate the vast knowledge she brings to the table, her responsiveness, directness, and ability to listen and understand her client's needs.
Danette moved to Dayton from Chicago 6 years ago, and is a wife, and a mother of 4 adopted children 3 boys,1 daughter, 2 dogs, 1 cat and a bearded dragon! She loves spending time with her family going to the park, swimming and taking hikes.
