Dani Diaz

Dani Diaz is experienced in working with different types of properties (single-family homes, condos, townhomes, new construction) across the entire Grand Strand area. After purchasing and renovating her own first home with her husband in Myrtle Beach in 2019, Dani finds great joy in helping other first-time buyers find a place to call home.

Dani’s passion for building strong relationships with her clients enables her to deeply understand the unique needs and goals of each person she works with, allowing her to create personalized plans for all her clients. She prioritizes continuing education around contract negotiations, local market pricing data, and trends, as well as macroeconomic shifts that impact Myrtle Beach area sellers and buyers.

Originally from Colombia, Dani graduated in 2018 with degrees in tourism and Hospitality Administration. She enjoys exploring the local beaches and playgrounds with her daughter, Ava.
