Daniel's attentiveness, follow through and work ethic are more than anyone could expect when buying or selling a home. Daniel is the whole package! He anticipated our questions and concerns, which greatly decreased the stress and hassles of moving. You would be hard pressed to find a more dedicated and professional agent who will be with you every step of the way to buying your starter/dream home, to getting a great price selling your current home. You think I am only saying this because Daniel is my son? We have sold and bought many homes over the years, and I can honestly say that Dan is by far the best agent we have had, and I'm confident he will treat every client like Family!!

We cannot recommend Daniel Berg highly enough. He made the process of purchasing our first home as easy and stress-free as humanly possible. We had several unique items on our wishlist, and Dan made sure to prioritize our wants, needs, and budget in his property suggestions. Dan was always available on some form of communication; every question we had (and there were quite a few!) was met with a swift and accurate response. When we needed him to negotiate some tricky situations, Dan's knowledge and professionalism made sure that we were well looked after. We truly got the sense that Dan cared about our home purchase, and we can look forward to many years in a beautiful home thanks in no small part to Dan's expertise.

Without Dan we would not have our dream home today. He went above and beyond at every turn. We were able to rely on him for every aspect of our home buying experience. If he didn’t have the information we needed he would go out of his way to find it for us. Additionally, Dan was about 45min away from where we were looking. In spite of this, every time we wanted to see a home he was there without question. In the beginning of this process there was a lot of talk about building a team. Dan was both an incredible teammate and coach. Thank you Dan for making what seemed impossible a reality!! We are so grateful!!!
