During the most difficult time in our lives, Dan Borges not only provided support as a reliable and honest realtor, but also as a confidant and friend. Our son Ryan, who Dan had been friends with, passed away suddenly leaving us with the burden of selling his house and much of his estate. Dan was with us during the first days and hours of this life changing event, guiding and grieving with us. He helped us in ways no other realtor could but never once pushed or overstepped. He was able to get us maintenance people who showed up quickly and worked efficient under Dan's watchful eye. Dan then walked us through the listing process and took care of many details that we hadn't even thought of. Dan spent many nights and weekends promoting the property while keeping us well informed via emails and phone calls. Dan walked with us to the closing, not as a relator but as family. He made sure that the lawyer's office was aware of our needs and guided us to the final signing. Later that day we read a very nice posting on a social media site that left us in tears. Dan cares. Dan followed through and delivered. Dan had our best interests the whole way through this difficult time. Thank you so much for all that you did for us and Ryan.

He has a very personable approach and knows the market very well.
