Daniel is a former attorney, project manager, and engineer. His unique background has led him to be highly analytical and results-driven when advocating for his clients. He has a keen understanding of people, their behavior, and how the real estate market moves to reflect their needs and desires. This same understanding, converged with his legal acumen, enables him to be an expert strategist and negotiator.
Daniel believes in the power of real estate -- the power to help people reach their full potential in the world, whether that means building wealth or building a safe home for a family to flourish. As the founder of The Formation Team, it is his mission to make sure that 100% of his clients feel fully informed about their decisions. In an age where data is ubiquitous, compiling and analyzing it properly based on real estate fundamentals leads to better decision-making by his clients.
In an effort to raise the bar of service even further for his clients, Daniel is also the co-founder of Eagle Street Development, a boutique development group focused on executing ground-up and gut-renovation development opportunities. Understanding real estate from this perspective has given his clients an edge on the market by having access to more deals and the ability to execute on projects that yield higher returns for clients.
