Daniel Davies

Daniel Lloyd Davies is a lifelong resident of Cleverdale, New York, and an eighth-generation member of a family that has cherished the Lake George Region for generations. Growing up, he spent his days swimming, fishing, hiking, biking, hunting, and playing various sports. A graduate of Lake George High School in 1988, he went on to earn a B.S. in Finance from Siena College in 1992.

Actively involved in real estate since 1989, Daniel is the owner of Davies-Davies & Associates Real Estate, located on the East Side of Lake George. Over the course of his career, he has personally achieved over $1 billion in sales across more than 900 transactions. As the Broker of Record for a team of 25+ agents, he has overseen over $2.5 billion in sales and 4,000 transactions. For the past decade, he has consistently ranked among the top five agents in the Capital District. From 2020 to 2023, he served as president of Global MLS, a 4,600+ member board encompassing the Capital District and Southern Adirondack Region.

Beyond his professional achievements, Daniel has been deeply committed to his community. Since 1989, he has been an active member of the North Queensbury Fire Company, serving as chief for three years, first assistant chief for 21 years, and currently as second assistant chief. He has also been a dedicated member of the North Queensbury Rescue Squad since 1990. Additionally, he is part of the Warren County Dive Team and holds a PADI Master Diver certification.

Daniel is the proud father of two children: Torin, a 21-year-old junior at Clemson University, and Taylor, an 18-year-old freshman at the University of Rhode Island. He firmly believes there is no better place to live than the Lake George/Southern Adirondack region and takes great pride in raising his family there.
