Daniel Durante epitomizes integrity, energy, challenging work, and creative service in every detail of client’s real estate transaction. Daniel has spent most of his adult life in the Fairfield County area and started his sales habit at the age of eight, going door to door in his neighborhood, shoveling driveways. He has continued rising early and has since built a successful career in real estate in the Fairfield County area.

Daniel has been trained and inspired in sales by some of the best from Dale Carnegie, Joshua Smith, Grant Cardone, Joe Verde and others. He continually works to build strong relationships with banks and lending institutions so he can consult clients to aide in making the best possible decision for them and their family. Daniel uses his experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. He and his teamwork with the banks to inspect and maintain properties, initiate communication in every detail of the transaction, from the first phone call all the way to close.
