Daniel Effenberger

Coming from a family of realtors and real estate investors, Daniel specializes throughout the Jersey Shore within both Monmouth & Ocean Counties and is responsible for over $28 Million in total sales. Along with being one of the top producers in his growing office of over 150 agents, he is one of the top licensed real estate agents within the Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors (MORR) which is comprised of over 9,500 members throughout Central New Jersey. He is a perennial recipient of the NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Award.

Daniel is the consummate professional, keeping in close contact throughout each transaction. His clients continue to leave rave reviews that describe the sense of ease and guidance provided during this often-stressful process. He's not looking to push people into a quick sale, he realizes the importance of a long-lasting relationship and will do anything possible to make this a rewarding experience. Prior to real estate, Daniel worked in the social work field, and his affinity to help is ever-present while guiding people during the biggest purchase of their lives. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. He is one of the founding members of the Music Is the Medicine Foundation which raised over $75,000 for various causes since 2011. He is the Member Spokesperson for MORR. He also currently serves as a member of the Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors Young Professionals Network (YPN) and the Commercial Industrial & Investments Committee (CII).
