I've worked with Brett twice to buy/sell my first home and buy my second home. Each time was a great experience! He was super knowledgeable on everything every step of the way. He would answer all my questions no matter the time of day. I could trust him and he always had my best interest in mind. Overall just a great person to work with, and he made the home buying/selling process a breeze :).

Brett was introduced to us in 2019 when we began the search for our first home. He is a Rutherford County native, just as we are, and he knows the lay of the land (figuratively and literally) quite well. The home buying process then was very simple. Brett managed everything for us, was very transparent on the ins and outs of real estate, and helped us find a wonderful starter home.

Fast forward to this year (2026), we reengaged Brett to help sell the same home. And after 7 years, Brett remembered some of the most minuet details about the home, including things that stayed the same and things we had updated. Again, Brett made the entire process so simple for us. We were able to get our home to market and an offer in hand within 7 days.

Selling is a different beast than buying, but because of his knowledge of real estate, connections with local entities within the real estate circle, and all around great communication, we highly recommend utilizing Brett for buying or selling a home.
