Like most other first time home buyers I felt clueless as I began my quest for a house. Granted I did my due diligence, but it's difficult to properly research without knowing where to begin or what I may be forgetting. Fortunately for me, I called Danny. From the first open house we went to until my amazing home was closed, Danny had me covered. He layed out a step by step checklist that covered what I needed to know right from day 1. Then he began a search customized to my preferences (along with my budget) that immediately gave me great options I was not aware of using the standard property search/app tools (realtor, Zillow, trulia, xome, etc). Most importantly, all of my questions throughout the process were met with an answer whenever I needed it. Proving that his motto my clients come first is a true statement; a refreshing change of pace from many other real estate agents might I add. Simply put, if you want to work with someone who is knowledgeable and actually cares about what you care about, Daniel Golik is the person you should work with on any and all your real estate needs. I know I plan to for many years to come. Thank you Danny, for helping Stephanie and I make this wonderful home we now live in a reality. It was an absolute pleasure.
