Dan was absolutely amazing! He was extremely resourceful in helping us find a place to rent. Whenever we had any questions, he always had an answer, and if he didn’t know, he would go the extra mile to help us find out. He was attentive to our needs and always looked out for our best interest as renters. He was also very responsive and easy to work with. As first time home buyers we weren't totally sure what to expect, but from day one we knew Dan was on our side and had our needs as his priority. He helped us navigate a complicated, and at times frustrating (due to the seller not Dan), buying process and made sure that our needs and wants were met before any additional steps were taken. Dan went above and beyond to make sure that what we needed done before closing was complete, including driving to the house to check repairs multiple times, calling our loan officer to make sure our paperwork was going through, and checking in with us daily with updates and to see how we were doing. Dan was personable and professional at all times. We reached out to Dan initially to obtain information on a large two-family home. Since we have been in CA for roughly five years we did not know alot about the market and communities. Dan was very friendly, provided a high-level of customer service and professionalism, even though we changed direction of the type of home we were looking for. Dan provided details on various areas, older communities vs. up and coming areas, he was very flexible in meeting up with us to show us places, while continuing to provide updated listings to give us more options to assist with locating the right place.
