Daniel Gray is a real estate professional that looks out for the well being of potential buyers while representing his sellers, fairly. He gives all parties involved the peace of mind and goes above and beyond to take care of his clients. I am an out of state client and it was refreshing to have such a hardworking realtor taking care of the small details. Mr. Gray provided honesty and regular, consistent communication - a must when you can’t be there to oversee business dealings with your investment. From walking through and giving honest feedback on my rental property, to seeing me through to closing — Mr. Gray insured everything was handled and I highly recommend him to anyone buying and/or selling in the central Arkansas area!

Mr. Gray was a very knowledgeable and helpful agent. I was particularly impressed that he always responded quickly to my calls and texts. He also helped when I had to locate a new oven and could not find one. He sent people to do the minor repairs required by the inspector and the work was completed efficiently at a reasonable price. He has extensive experience and know-how in the local Jacksonville/Cabot/Sherwood area. I highly recommend him.

Daniel is incredibly reliable and responds to calls/texts in a timely manner. This quality gave him immense credibility with me from the very beginning. Daniel Gray is fantastic to work with! Communication is tops: He texts, he emails, and he'll talk on the phone whenever you need to. We had to remodel a house to move into before we could sell our house. EVERY sub-contractor Daniel put me in touch with was an excellent craftsman and reasonable. When we were ready to sell, Daniel of course handled everything. The listing was professional, the photography was outstanding, and even included was a drone movie of the property. The listing had well over 400 hits! Daniel handled offers and counter offers, and we got exactly what we wanted for the house! We had an excellent experience with Daniel Gray and RE/Max Homefinders.

Well I'm probably an unusual customer; but that is what makes Daniel so special, his ability to adapt. I was a former AR resident with 2 rental properties that I wanted to sell as traveling there was no longer easy. I personally don't feel listing a property separates the men from the boys; but after the inspection and you work towards the close, that is where you need skills. Daniel would choose a clear path trying to eliminate ambiguity and any resulting problems. More so, he has a good network of resources for accomplishing those weird tasks that homebuyers desire. I also chose him over a closer broker for selling my second home because of these characteristics, and have to say the 20 minutes difference was NOT in any way a deterrent to the service I received. Most importantly, in any relationship the prompt communication and timely follow-up is what leads to reduced frustration. I would highly recommend him..
