If you’re looking for a realtor, to purchase or sell a property, Daniel Joyce is your guy! Dan was professional, easy to work with, confident, and knowledgeable. It was evident that he worked hard to showcase our home by selecting the best photos and writing a detailed description that brought in buyers. He kept us well informed throughout the whole process. I can't speak highly enough of Dan as my real estate agent. He made the search for my new condo go so smoothly, always going the extra mile to be accessible and was an absolute pleasure to work with.
There was never any sense of pressure, stress or obligation. He was always polite, friendly, honest, patient, professional and looking sharp. He answered all my questions in a very timely manner. His knowledge of the area was so helpful.
He cared enough to learn about my preferences and not waste time. Having grown up in the area, he cared about the community and neighborhoods and was able to make great suggestions for a nice fit in my price range.
I valued his advise and support highly. He always kept me on target with due dates and signings, etc. His hard work and diligence were very much appreciated and respected.
If you want an agent who is responsive, researched and seasoned, with many resources, then Dan is your man!

We had a wonderful experience with Dan!! He was very patient and was exactly what we needed while we looked for a home at a very stressful time. We told Dan exactly what we were looking for. He provided great ideas when we needed them, but he didn’t try to push us in any other direction that lied outside our comfort zone either. It takes a lot of patience to work with us, and Dan definitely had that! Especially while we still lived out of town. Dan would give us a thorough walk-through of the house and would point out every detail of the house while we were in a different state. He also followed up with everyone in a timely manner and kept things flowing very smoothly. He remained very professional while also making us feel like we were all friends and walked us through everything we needed to know. If you’re looking for a home, I highly recommend Dan!!
