Daniel Korff

Following in his father’s footsteps, Daniel became enamored by the excitement of the business at an early age. Today, as Mark Development’s financial analyst, he brings hard work and passion to the underwriting of potential acquisitions and the management of the company’s portfolio. His analyses of historic portfolio and property results in comparison to industry benchmarks are vital tools in evaluating performance. Daniel also analyzes all leases, capital projects, or other investment decisions impacting asset value, and assists in the reviews of the valuation models for select investments. In addition, he handles research and evaluation work, including tenant business and credit, acquisitions and dispositions, and?more.

Daniel holds a BS from Lehigh University with a focus in real estate. Prior to Mark Development, he worked on JLL’s Boston Investment Sales team as an analyst primarily focused on the retail?sector.
