Daniel Lopez

Dan Lopez is a Board-Certified founding broker of Legends Realty, a full-service sales and property management company.

As a consistent top producing sales professional, Dan makes sure his customers are able to buy and sell real estate in the best possible way. Making sure the real estate transaction happens in their time frame, with the least amount of stress, at the best possible price.

Dan sits on faculty for Florida REALTORS®, where he teaches CE and GRI Courses including Code of Ethics, Real Estate Law, and the Florida REALTORS/Florida Bar contract.

In service to the real estate industry, Dan has sat on the BOD for the state, local and national association REALTORS®. He also sits on or has chaired multiple professional committees for all three levels. He is a Major Donor for the Florida REALTORS/ORRA RPAC committee. Dan is a past board of director for the Orlando Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

In service to the local community Dan sits on the Code Enforcement Board for the City of Lake Mary, and serves as a Commissioner on the Seminole County Planning and Zoning Board.
