Daniel Noma

Dan Noma, Jr. is the designated broker of Venture REI, a full-service real estate brokerage firm that specializes in commercial and residential investment properties. The son of a builder and developer, real estate runs in Noma’s blood. He is recognized as one of the state’s leading real estate brokers and is ranked among the top five residential agents in Arizona by the Phoenix Business Journal. In 2013 and 2014, he also was named “40 Under 40” by the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors.

Noma’s focus is investment properties, which includes renovations, rentals and resales. He invests in real estate himself, contributing to his extensive knowledge of Arizona’s market. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University in both business and political science, he possesses the necessary knowledge to lead a successful firm. Noma is actively involved in the local community and regularly contributes his time to Entrepreneurs’ Organization Arizona, Chandler Boys & Girls Club, ASU Alumni Association and the Sun Devil Athletic Club. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing golf and spending time with his family in the scenic Arizona White Mountains.
