Daniel Otten

Daniel Otten has been in the Commercial Real Estate Industry for ten years and has represented a large number of retail, office and industrial space owners and tenants. Daniel has built a solid foundation of corporate and private clients through his advisory services.

Mr. Otten has a long record of successfully guiding local, national and multi-national clients with their commercial real estate acquisitions, lease obligations, asset reposition and dispositions. Daniel has closed over $150 Million in commercial lease and sales transaction. His specific areas of expertise include Strategic Planning for retail and office properties, Commercial and Multi-Family Management, Acquisition and Disposition services for his large client base.

Daniel specializes in applying his expertise and market knowledge to broker commercial office, industrial, retail and multifamily properties that consistently exceed the investment goals of his clients.

In addition to being active in many local charities and non-profits in South Florida, he is also an active member in the professional networking real estate groups CCIM, CIASF, SFOBA, NAIOP, and The Broward Chamber of Commerce.

Daniel graduated from The University of New York Delhi with a Bachelor of Construction and Business Management Degree.
