Daniel Poon

Daniel Poon is originally from Rowland Heights, CA and now residing in Fountain Valley, CA. He studied Business Management at the University of Riverside and after getting his degree, he went to get his culinary degree at Cordon Bleu in Pasadena because he has a love for food! He then worked as a Research & Development Chef in Los Angeles for the next 10 years. Growing up, he was always immersed in real estate. He spent countless hours helping his father fix-up properties and manage the family rental portfolio. At 25, he purchased his first property which was very dated, and spent some money renovating and improving the interior and exterior. Since then, he became interested and excited about remodeling homes.

After getting his real estate license, he got involved in the business of flipping homes and worked hard in raising private money to fund the projects. His successes have been achieved through a lot of networking, careful analysis of each project, and hours of hard work and focus. His goal is to have more successful projects and to purchase buy-and-hold properties to achieve rental income for his growing real estate portfolio. KDP Investments has flipped over seventy-five homes in Orange &: Los Angeles County. In addition to the flipping business, he also runs a Real Estate Team- Encore Group at EXP, which he helps traditional buyers and sellers purchase and sell homes.
