Whether you’re referring to new construction site sales, long-term real estate investing, traditional buyer and seller agency, speaking to hundreds of seminar attendees, or renovating and “flipping” bank-owned and auction properties, Daniel has successfully navigated and conquered many facets of the real estate industry over the last 14 years.

With a knack for numbers, a bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, and an insatiable passion for technology, Daniel’s true calling and area of expertise revolves around the business and listing aspects of real estate. Soon after graduation, he started his real estate career as an agent at RE/MAX Eastside Brokers. Here he eventually joined a handful of extraordinarily successful agents with an average sales volume of over $10M per month. It was during this time that he befriended Paul Fennell. They have been inseparable ever since and would go on to found Flux Real Estate in 2011. Daniel's high-volume agent experience has given him a unique and powerful perspective regarding real estate marketing and operations.

As co-founder/owner of Flux Real Estate, he continues to spearhead projects with his “Kaizen” spirit. He is constantly creating and updating systems and campaigns to help keep his clients and fellow brokers as efficient and profitable as possible. His overt passion for service, technology, statistics, and marketing combined with his distinctive experience in the world of business and real estate has made Daniel an indispensable asset to his partners and his clients.

Daniel is an experienced, professional, and joyful real estate broker. My husband and I were first time home buyers from out of state, with little knowledge about the home buying process. We started working with Daniel while being out of state and halfway through we were in Seattle to be boots on the ground during the house hunting process. Whether we were in Seattle or not, Daniel taught us everything we needed to know about a house’s condition, supported us with virtual and in person showings, and recorded videos to review home inspections and comp analysis’s. Daniel knows all of the strategies of a winning offer and can take you through the paperwork to educate you about your options. Daniel is thorough, patient, and most importantly a joy to work with. He is funny, kind, and we liked working with him so much, now that he’s successfully helped us buy a house… we’re going to miss him! Highly, highly recommend.

Apologies for taking so long to write this review. We moved into our home late October and with attempting to get somewhat settled and then get through all the holidays, time has gotten away from us.
With that being said, we truly cannot thank Daniel enough for all his kind, attentive, patient, and professional full service. We were moving from California to Washington and needed to find a home in a very short amount of time. Daniel continued to go above and beyond to help us with this important process. He listened to our needs, and was able to coordinate specific home viewings for us all within a one week time frame. He worked with us remotely as well and successfully assisted with the purchase of the home of our choice.
