Daniel Rescia

Daniel started his career in the Real Estate industry at the young age of 16, working as an assistant for a top real estate producer in Orange County, CA. At the age of 19 purchased his first investment home, became a successful licensed Real Estate Salesperson at age 21, and a Real Estate Broker at age 24. He continued to persevere and went on to open a successful Residential Care Facility for the Elderly at the age of 25 and consulted for his clients that wanted to invest in the long term care industry. Here he helped investors purchase and run successful businesses for Independent Living, Assisted Living and Alzheimer’s facilities. This naturally evolved into the founding of Golden Way Realty which sole purpose as a Brokerage Company has been in the: Sales & Purchasing Commercial (Nursing) & Residential Real Estate.
