I met Dan in 2015 when the seller of a co-op apt I was buying into brought him on board to facilitate paperwork and be on call to assist if needed with any unexpected hiccups in an otherwise smooth, privately arranged transaction. Dan was a capable and adaptive facilotator for a transaction the seller and I were both determined to do our way: patiently, generously, and with the intention of enjoying a process often fraught with anxiety and drama.

We all shared laughter as documents were signed in my new living room that day, and I so appreciated Dan’s restraint and willingness to support our process.

The best realtors bring an entire network of connections and resources. In the six years since I briefly worked with Dan, I’ve come to know him as a consistent community contributor, an enthusiastic gardener with a knack for nurturing wildlife habitats, a creative maker of things and environments, and someone who cares about how other humans experience the world.

While I don’t have plans to sell or purchase real estate anytime soon, if/when/as I do, I’d call Dan without hesitation, and I’d encourage you to do the same!
