Daniel Schwimmer

As a VP at A|P Credit Partners, Daniel is responsible for implementing the company’s mezzanine loan and preferred equity strategy while leading originations, capital markets and investor relations. Daniel has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and capital markets. Previously Daniel was the CIO for The Allen Morris Company where he was responsible for managing the firm’s capital markets activities, including raising debt and equity capital, underwriting, dispositions and investor relations for the firm’s stabilized portfolio and development pipeline. Prior to joining The Allen Morris Company, Daniel was a VP at Wells Fargo Securities in its Real Estate Syndicated Finance group based in New York. Daniel earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Finance, from the University of Florida.
