When I first moved to Miami Daniel was able to get me a great apartment without any need for me to be there. He took videos and negotiated everything so when I moved the apartment was ready on day 1. Since then he has helped me get 2 great deals on Miami Beach condos showing me condos as soon as they went on the market and putting my offer in ASAP.
