About Daniel
Danny joined Root in 2016 as a property manager, and in that role oversees the operation and performance of a portfolio of Root managed properties. Over 30 million in assets managed includes multifamily and mixed-use properties. In January 2019, Danny was promoted to Director of Property Management. As director, he leads the processes and operation of Root’s management services, as well as Root’s management and leasing team. He combines hands-on property management experience with a focus on strategic and organizational planning to maximize client satisfaction now and for the long-term. Originally from Chicago’s northern suburbs, Danny has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Indiana University. He is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker.
