Dan Stine helped us find a new home to buy, then helped us sell our old home. We would highly recommend him to act as either a seller's agent or a buyer's agent.

We had given him a wish list of what our new home needed, and after showing us quite a few houses that fit those parameters, we realized we actually needed more than we originally thought. He was quick to update the search parameters, and we quickly found a house to buy.

Then came the task of selling our other home, which went very smoothly. He set a price, listed the home, and told us we'd get multiple offers, which we did. We ended up getting almost 8% over our asking price, in less than 2 days of being on the market!

Dan is very professional, as well as being very personable. He doesn't have too many clients at any one time, so he was quick to answer emails and text messages, and he could schedule showings at very short notice. That was very important in buying our house, as we didn't want to see something was available, then have it sold before we could see it.

Dan was very helpful explaining all the steps we had to go through, both buying and selling, and he made us feel very comfortable through both processes. He clearly answered questions, and offered information on things we didn't even know we needed to ask about.

If you hire Dan, you won't be disappointed!

Our experience working with Daniel Stein is beyond words…we are extremely thankful and impressed with his professionalism as a realtor. Dan helped us sell our home, and purchase another home. Dan was always on top of everything going on. He did a great job finding a buyer for our home through advertising and having an open house.
