I help families make thoughtful real estate decisions that support the next chapter of their lives.
For me, real estate has always been more than buying or selling a home. I’ve used it throughout my own life to create better options for my family—buying in strong school districts, moving up as our needs changed, downsizing when seasons shifted, and prioritizing proximity to family over prestige. That lived experience shapes how I guide my clients today.
Much of my work centers around life transitions: selling a long-time family home, downsizing with intention, relocating closer to children or grandchildren, or buying with a long-term view. I believe the best real estate decisions are made when people feel clear, prepared, and unpressured—and my role is to help make that possible.
I’ve been a member of The Georgia Club since 2012 and relocated to Athens full-time several years ago, giving me deep familiarity with the community and the lifestyle it offers. Clients appreciate my calm, straightforward approach, my attention to preparation, and my focus on sequencing decisions so they can move forward with confidence.
At the end of the day, I enjoy helping people use real estate as a tool for progress—so each move supports not just where they live, but how they live and who they stay connected to.
