Oh my goodness, there are not enough good things to say about Dan and his team! It was really important to us to work with someone we trusted and got along with. Dan was so wonderful and honestly has a contagious personality that you just want to be around! He was super communicative which was very helpful because this was our first time selling and we wanted to be kept in the loop on the process. We absolutely trust him and while he is so positive, he was also super straight forward and up front about everything. The team works so seamlessly, too- it felt like we barely had to do anything! It’s clear that he has a large network of people and so much knowledge/appreciation of the Tremont neighborhood specifically that we valued so much. We thought this process would be so stressful and unenjoyable, but Dan and his team made it the total opposite. It was easy to be excited about it when they were too! Dan and his team were really amazing to work with. I can't say for sure where we fell on a scale of 1-10 for difficulty, but it had to be toward the high end. We were very picky, we were multiple time zones away, our timeline changed several times, and our jobs made it difficult to communicate. Adding to that all of the questions we had before, during, and after purchasing our new home and Dan still jumped through every hoop with a smile on his face. His team made us feel so comfortable with the whole process of relocating back to Cleveland through a very chaotic time and around the holidays.

Dan was also very knowledgeable in helping us find a great home in a great neighborhood, giving us info that we hadn't thought about, even when we lived here in a previous chapter in our lives. I cannot overstate how happy I am to have worked with Dan and his entire team.

He is very kind, careful, and will answer all your questions with attention and professionalism (even if you have hundreds of questions about each house that you see). Dan Tyson is The Realtor Guru of all Gurus. When you look up pride, determination, wisdom and professionalism in the dictionary, you will find Dan's fabulous photo. He knows how to work with anyone's financial situation, knows all the loop holes and does such a great job with first time home buyers such as my husband and I. His attention to detail sets him apart from everyone else. Any time we were worried or concerned about something, he'd be right there, coaching us through it and calming us down, assuring us that everything was going well.

My government name is Charles Bevel. I’m a psychiatric nurse at the Cleveland VA Medical Center. And Dan Tyson at Re/Max Edge gets my highest recommendation.

Dan stuck with me and worked with me for over a year through some very difficult and trying circumstances. My purchase situation was unconventional to start. And when my first deal fell through, Dan did not lose heart. He stayed with me and when I found and even MORE unconventional deal, Dan knew how to facilitate all details.

Dan was also very good at calming a nervous seller and keeping this deal together when “a few months to close” turned into almost a 10.

I’m not necessarily advocating to bring your crazy deals to Dan. What I’m saying is, Dan know real estate (he was so helpful when visiting properties, spotting actual structural problems, and making suggestions), he knows the purchase process, and when weird problems arrive, Dan is very good at finding creative solutions.

Dan even took the lead on fixing problems created by mistakes and missteps made by a very large well known, national mortgage lender.

The final thing I’ll say is this. Dan’s attitude is TREMENDOUS!!! Never ONCE did I ever sense a hint of frustration when dealing with Dan. And trust me, my deals were TERRIBLY frustrating.

I’ll be making another purchase in about a year or so. This one oughta be smooth sailing and very conventional. But trust and believe, I’ll be working with Dan Tyson. I trust Dan implicitly. His customer service is top notch!!!

We asked Noelle to help us find and purchase our first ever home, and she was completely awesome with us. We saw 10 homes on our shopping trips, and she provided us with the paperwork for each one, handled all of the contract garbage, and got us through the process.

When we had trouble with our lender (we chose our own before contacting an agent) she kept our sellers informed and kept the deal alive through all the delays, escalated issues to management to help us get things handled, and basically helped salvage the process the bank had messed up so, so much.

I don't know how we would've made it through the process without them. I now have a beautiful home, that I got at a great price, and I didn't have to duel anyone.
