Daniel Wade

NextHome Atlantic Coast represents the 50th location opened in the state of Florida for the NextHome franchise. Based in Palm City, this real estate company is owned by broker Daniel Wade, a top-producing REALTOR® for 17 years.

In 2005 I started my real estate career with a local brokerage, HR Properties. As the market shifted in 2006, I moved to Prudential Florida Realty until 2012 and then moved to the local RE/MAX office. Working with two national companies provided much valuable experience.

While helping clients, I also wanted to assist other agents who were looking for leadership and guidance in their own business. After mulling the idea of moving into management, I found it a better choice to go out on my own and open a brokerage. On October 1, 2018, we launched NextHome Atlantic Coast in the Villa Flora building on Martin Highway.

When not selling real estate, I like to connect with the community and residents which lead me to get involved in religious education by volunteering for years as a CCD teacher for 5th graders at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.

Daniel and his wife, Marcia, have been together for nine years and have a soon to be seven-year-old son, Marcel.
