Daniele was phenomenal throughout the home-selling process and we will take advantage of her services in any and all future real estate transactions. Aside from being a subject matter expert, Daniele is patient, conscientious, and extremely hard working - all qualities that helped put our minds at ease during the sometimes intimidating process of selling a home. She also sets herself apart from other agents with her keen eye for detail. While we prepped our house to sell, Daniele advised how to spend our money to get the best return on investment, keeping in mind trending design preferences. In fact, Daniele could just as easily be an interior designer or project manager as a real estate agent. Having all these skills on hand in one agent is as good as it gets.

Go with Daniele if you want to buy a home in today's market! She's extremely patient and knowledgable about homes in the DMV region. She's also a go-getter and even with COVID-19 restrictions, she will go out of her way to ensure you are at peace and comfort with your homebuying decisions. She goes over every step of the home buying process with a fine-toothed comb, from contracts to home inspections to recommending reputable mortgage lenders. She's a fast learner and once she knows and understands your preferences, she will work with the other agent and seller/buyer to make sure you have as much leverage as possible so you can end up on top. Daniele accompanied us to countless showings and was instrumental in the purchase of our dream home in a highly competitive market, even answering our endless phone calls and texts on Thanksgiving with enthusiasm and excitement. Daniele is an ardent lover of her profession. We have never seen a human work so hard, especially with so much passion and enthusiasm. Daniele is a phenomenal agent. She has a great network of lenders, contractors, and home inspectors, who were all a pleasure to work with. We were in a bidding war that was very stressful, but with her many years of experience and knowledge, we put in the perfect bid and got the house. She had many tricks up her sleeve when it came to writing an offer in a bidding war. None of the other 7 contracts had any of Daniele's secret strategies and this is why we got the house. Most of all, we could trust her. We never once doubted her. In fact, we continue to brag about her and have referred her to 3 different people already.

Daniele is the best! We interviewed a few agents but we never felt like any of them would best represent us as first time home buyers. A friend of ours eventually referred Daniele to us and within the first 5 minutes of interviewing her we knew she was the one for us! She is one of the smartest people we know, with so much knowledge about the real estate world, among other things. I was extremely impressed with Daniele from day one. I wanted an agent that was going to do the ground work and find me exactly what I was looking for. I don't have time to go look at houses that don't meet my requirements. She delivered and I was able to find the perfect place in about a month. I'm a night owl and she would always respond right away even if it was late.

She guided me through the entire process and provided advice and recommendations while still following my direction on decisions. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is serious about finding a new home. She was the pit bull I was looking for.

Daniele is a fabulous realtor! My husband and I wrote an offer on a home we loved and we were competing with 9 other offers. We freaked out, but Daniele reassured us that we will beat the other contracts if we followed her directions and strategies. We did everything she suggested and we got it!
