Danielle Ballance is a lifelong resident of New Jersey. Born in Bergen County, she moved to Ocean County with her family in 1987. She instantly fell in love with the Jersey Shore. Currently living in the Ocean Acres section of Stafford Township she has been an active member of her community for 19 years now and is thrilled to be transforming that community focus toward real estate.
As a former Medical Transportation Provider in Ocean County, Danielle radiates a passion for serving others. Before becoming a Realtor Danielle managed a fleet of vehicles that transported the elderly and disabled community in Ocean County for 20 years. This work gave her an even deeper knowledge of Ocean County, surrounding areas, and beyond.
