I wanted to buy some property in TN. I went to look at a couple properties and Danielle was very helpful in doing the searches and then showing me the property I was interested in. That deal didn’t go thru because somebody else wanted it more than I did and he had deeper pockets! Oh well!
I did a few more remote searches, but then I realize that this year, 2025 is not the year for me to buy property in Tennessee. This had nothing to do with Danielle and everything to do with my own decisions and circumstance.
Danielle has been great throughout the process throughout the searches and keeping me in constant contact !

When I first spoke to Danielle [and her phenomenal side kick, Shannan McWaters] about a series of potential real estate transactions, it was a simple inquiry; I honestly thought it would be too difficult to pull off – at least right now. I was wrong. Not only did she convince us to proceed with selling 2 homes and buying another amidst merging 2 families and busy lifestyles, each step and milestone proceeded with ease, exactly the way she said it would - and pretty much WHEN she said it would also!

While she brings a depth of experience and knowledge about the industry, that’s not what even made this experience the best. Making what seems insurmountable easily attainable is what Danielle does on a daily basis. The probate of my late mother’s estate was riddled with questions and issues. Danielle and the other resources she enlisted made selling the house so much easier than I feared. I live 500 miles away from the property, yet she gave me on the spot communications that kept me up with the listing, frequently multiple times daily. More than 10 offers in 3 days! My wife and I were relocating from out of state to middle Tennessee due to a job transfer with my wife's company. We were connected with Danielle Marcone through family and knew immediately it was a blessing. Finishing out an old job, selling our home in Atlanta and relocating to a hot TN market all at once was unnerving.

Danielle, at the drop of a hat, would pop into open houses, schedule private showings, and take us on 'FaceTime' tours all at short notice. We were competing with aggressive out of state buyers, competing with offers being made within minutes of homes going on the market, competing with sellers in a "sellers" market, so having Danielle there for us each step of the way was a true blessing.

We are new to the area, so we don’t know any home inspectors or companies that could assist us. Danielle organized the home inspection with very experienced and precise inspector.

Danielle was very accessible anytime we reached out to her. If she was busy she called back as soon as possible. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional in all her exchanges with both us and with the other parties including our lender, insurance agent, and anyone involved with the real estate transaction. Danille Marcone is absolutely an amazing real estate agent. My wife and I had a house that we were previously renting out to tenants. We quickly learned we did not like this venture.
