Danielle was incredible to work with! As a first time home buyer, there were so many parts of the home-buying process that were new to me. Before we went on any showings, Danielle really went out of her way to get to know me and understand what I was looking for. Her knowledge of the neighborhoods and the industry as a whole made her a great resource for evaluating properties, especially when considering things like renovations, rent potential, and future resale value. Danielle was always extremely responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions/concerns. Throughout the process, she did a great job of providing me with the resources I needed and putting me in contact with other industry professionals to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. I can honestly say that after working with Danielle, I've gained a new friend, and I would recommend her services to anyone looking to buy in Chicago!

We are empty-nesters from Atlanta, on our way to Chicago. Our daughter, a new loft-owner in River North, found Danielle based on her track record and recommendations. In the midst of Covid, over the phone, we gave Danielle a list of all our requirements; close to our daughter (but not too close:), dog and park friendly, walking distance to must-haves, 3 bedroom, etc. In TWO DAYS, Danielle gave us a list of 7 options. We closed the following week. Danielle’s extensive knowledge of the area was priceless. With a short runway, in the midst of a pandemic, she captured what we needed and made it a great experience. No stress with a big life move means a lot. We plan to work with her again this summer to explore vacation properties on the lake.

Danielle has been helpful from the point of me looking at property to the end of me closing on my condo. Her referral to Paul has helped me to close on a condo with my first offer. This was the easiest process and it only took 30 days to close. I would highly recommend Danielle for her professionalism and communication skills.

Danielle helped me find a rental apartment in downtown Chicago for my parents. From the moment I reached out to set up a tour in one of the buildings, she's been our go-to for every aspect in the search. She helped me clarify our goals, price points, and trade-offs/priorities. She put together a very comprehensive itinerary, but wasn't ever pushy to make us see places we started ruling out. I really appreciated her intuition, tactfulness, and collaboration - not once did I feel that she has her own agenda in this process, which made me trust her recommendations and suggestions. She was very friendly and respectful with all the brokers, without being "slimy", which is definitely something I valued. Professionalism and knowledge is certainly something I put high emphasis on, and I feel that she represented our values from start to end. When we were down to a few places, she was quick and proactive with the buildings management and brokers, to ensure we were never behind on our offers or anything else in the process. She truly made everything feel easy, organized, and not threatening, and we got everything done without feeling rushed, despite my tight timeline. I couldn't recommend Danielle enough, and she will be my go-to real estate agent for all future city needs.
